We were founded by Principal Investor and Real Estate Broker Edmundo Rubio, specializing in commercial and residential real estate in the West Texas region. He’s overseen hundreds of thousands in renovations projects and purchased properties all over El Paso County. Edmundo believes in creating win-win situations for property owners who need to sell quickly to a cash buyer and don’t have the time or money to spend on extensive repairs.
